Terms of use

GreatInvoice lets you create invoices, quotes, receipts and other business documents on your own device. The free version is free to use with a small GreatInvoice credit on documents. Basic and Pro, coming soon, are one-time purchases that unlock more features, as shown under Pricing on our home page.

You decide what goes on your documents. You're responsible for making sure prices, taxes, client details and payment details are correct, and that your documents meet the rules for your business and country.

GreatInvoice documents are not fiscal or electronic tax invoices. They are not issued through URA's EFRIS in Uganda, KRA's eTIMS in Kenya, or any other tax authority system. If the law requires you to issue e-invoices or fiscal receipts, use the official system for those. GreatInvoice doesn't give tax, accounting or legal advice.

Your documents are saved only on the device and browser you use. If the device is lost, reset or its browser data is cleared, your documents are gone and we can't recover them. Save backups regularly from My business.

Please don't use GreatInvoice to:

• make fake or misleading documents, or pretend to be another business
• commit fraud or collect money you're not owed
• break the law, or try to harm, copy or overload the service

Basic and Pro are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Prices are shown in US dollars; the price you pay is the one shown in the app. You can pay with MTN Mobile Money or USDT (crypto); USDT is sent on the TRON (TRC20) network. Card payments are coming soon. Crypto payments sent to a wrong address or network can't be recovered, and crypto refunds are paid back in USDT. If a paid version doesn't work for you, contact us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you.

We work hard to keep GreatInvoice reliable, but it's provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may improve, change or stop features over time. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses from using GreatInvoice, such as lost data or lost business, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us.

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
