Short answers to what people ask most.

Do I need to create an account?+

No. Open GreatInvoice and start. There is no signup, no email and no password.

Does it really work without internet?+

Yes. Open it once while online, or install it on your phone, and it keeps working offline. You can create, download and share invoices anywhere.

Where are my invoices kept?+

On your own phone or computer. We don't collect or see your invoices, clients or business details.

Is this a subscription?+

No. Basic and Pro are a one-time payment. You pay once and keep them for good. The free version stays free.

Can my clients pay me online?+

Yes. Paste the payment link you get from Pesapal, Flutterwave, Paystack or MTN MoMo. Your invoices then show a Pay now button and a QR code. The money goes straight to you; GreatInvoice never touches it.

Will it remind me who owes me?+

Yes. Documents shows what needs attention: overdue invoices, quotes about to expire and follow-ups you've set. One tap opens WhatsApp with a polite reminder, including how to pay.

What if I lose my phone?+

Save a backup file from My business and keep it somewhere safe, like your own WhatsApp chat or Google Drive. On a new phone, open GreatInvoice and restore it: documents, clients and your business details all come back.

Does it work in Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda?+

Yes. KES, TZS and RWF are built in, along with M-Pesa Paybill and Till and your own VAT rate. It also works anywhere else, with every world currency.

What documents can I make?+

Invoices, quotes, proforma invoices, receipts, delivery notes, budgets and plans, each with its own numbering and your branding. A receipt or delivery note is made from an invoice in one tap, and a budget turns into a quote in one tap.

How will I pay for Basic or Pro?+

With MTN Mobile Money or USDT (crypto). USDT works from any country, on the TRON (TRC20) network. Open Upgrade in the app, send the amount shown, then send us the transaction ID on WhatsApp. We reply with an unlock link, usually within a few hours, and Basic or Pro then works on your phone even offline. Card payments are coming soon.
